The inaugural installation of the new Motorcycle Enthusiasts Lodge of Cornwall was held in Wadebridge on Monday 25th November 2019.
This exciting development saw Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association England Kernow Grand Chapter supporting a failing lodge, by starting a new chapter in its long history as being open to all freemasons particularly to ones that ride or have an interest in motorcycles.

In the summer of 2021 The Earl of St Germans Lodge committed to supporting the Cornish lodges of the Order of Women Freemasons and their planned Garden Party to raise fund for the NHS charities.
When the event was cancelled due to the extension of restrictions, the Widows Sons members of the Earl of St Germans chose to hold a smaller, outdoor event which enabled them to present a cheque for £250 to the masters of the two lodges in Cornwall.
“We are delighted to have been able to support women’s freemasonry in Cornwall, and to support their initiative to raise money for our invaluable NHS,” said W Bro Richard Hallett, President of the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association England Grand Chapter.
In November 2021, W Bro Graham Holtum was proclaimed into the chair for a third year, looking forward to a busy masonic year for the Lodge.
The Provincial Grand Lodge of Cornwall were kind enough to include a feature on this in their Provincial Newsletter.
