On Tuesday 13th July, our President, WBro Richard Magpie Hallett, lead our 9:00 pm toast to absent brothers. This was held online.

He added, “I have lost a good friend and brother, that I have always looked up too.
The Chapter has lost a great advocate of our Chapter, Vic was a great ambassador for our Chapter to UGLE and our Province and without this the Chapter would not have the recognition or be where we are today.
